Axcess Nordic and ATEA have worked together since 2014, when ATEA bought Axcess which owned Axcess Nordic at the time, thereby giving us the opportunity of working with Denmark’s biggest IT retailer.

Axcess Nordic shares offices with ATEA today (ATEA’s headquarters in Ballerup) and works closely together on a number of customers in the Nordic countries.

Jansson is one of Denmark’s biggest IT and EL (electronics) suppliers in Denmark with a total workforce of more than 220 employees. Jansson consists of 3 business areas (EL, Alarm and communication).

Axcess Nordic’s partnership with Jansson is rooted in Jansson’s business area Communication which offers telephony and contact centre solutions from several different market-leading producers, e.g. Microsoft Skype and Avaya.

We offer, in cooperation with Jansson, our market-leading Workforce Optimisation (WFO) solutions which are compatible with an Avaya based contact centre requiring Skype for Business solutions and Compliance Recording, for example.


ComIzed is a relatively new player on the Danish market, founded in 2016. The company has already established itself as a major Avaya supplier.

ComIzed specialises in so-called Unified Communications where they integrate and compile customers’ internal and external communication tools enabling them to speak together to ensure better and more efficient work procedures. In addition to this, they help with contact centre solutions.

We offer in cooperation with ComIzed our market-leading Workforce Optimisation (WFO) solutions in a constellation, which is relevant if you use Avaya in your contact centre.


Racom is a Norwegian company with its headquarters in the city of Skien. The company specialises in Compliance Recording, security and trading floor solutions.

Axcess Nordic and Racon cooperates in several areas, especially in connection with IPC (telephony solutions for trading floors) and NICE (WFO solutions) to customers in Norway.

This partnership makes it possible for Axcess Nordic to ensure really good response times on support for customers based in Norway.

Tele-Com Bergen

Tele-Com is a Norwegian company with its headquarters in Bergen. The company specialises in Workforce Optimisation (WFO) offering solutions for contact centres as well as trading floors.

Axcess Nordic and Tele-Com cooperates in several areas, especially in connection with IPC (telephony solutions for trading floors) and NICE (WFO solutions) to customers in Norway.

This partnership makes it possible for Axcess Nordic to ensure really good response times on support for customers based in Norway.


Endor is an Icelandic company with its headquarters in Reykavik. The company specialises in IT infrastructure solutions. Endor delivers IT services taking responsibility for the entire delivery.

The partnership with Endor means that Axcess Nordic can offer companies and organisations in Iceland our solutions and services. Endor distributes the solutions on behalf of Axcess Nordic to the Icelandic market.

Axcess Nordic works together to help our customers in Iceland using Thomson Reuters information solutions. Needs for support are managed in close cooperation between Endor and Axcess Nordic.


Refinitiv (formerly known as Thomson Reuters) is one of the world’s largest providers of financial markets data and infrastructure, serving over 40.000 institutions in over 150 countries. The fact alone, that Refinitiv has more than 45.000 employees on the payroll, tells about the significance of this company.

Axcess Nordic and Refinitiv has cooperated since 2013 delivering financial news for Nordic trade floors. Axcess Nordic provides service and support on the behalf of Refinitiv for banks and energy companies in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland – remote and onsite


Axcess Nordic and Puzzel cooperate in providing Verint based Workforce Optimization (WFO) solutions to Puzzel’s contact centre customers and delivering professional services.
